Our quality management system

Quality management systems according to DIN EN ISO 9000 are worldwide known as corporate governance models. They ensure that the system quality, the process quality and the quality of products and services are guaranteed and controlled in any kind of organization. The purpose of the quality management system is to improve the performance of the company.  The system can be applied to all business structures in every industry. Already in 1996 we started to deal with the subject further in the context of a study made by the German Bar Association that aimed to improve the quality.

Subsequently we developed a quality management system in our law office. We fixed very clearly all areas of responsibility, all that has been documented and all demands according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 have been fulfilled. In May 1999 our quality management system has been certified for the first time. In February 2014  we passed an audit in accordance with  DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 and we have been recertified.

Also in the following years we passed the annual audits without complaint, meanwhile based on the new standard DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. The current certificate is valid until 2020 and can be freely downloaded from the DQS database.
