Inventions made by employees are often one of the reasons of higher efficiency in many companies. Employee should not only make a significant contribution due to commitment.
The German Employee Invention Act shall ensure that the employee are remunerated accordingly for their inventions. However in case of a notice of an invention and a claim submitted by the employee, particular formalities must be fulfilled.
