European trademark

Community trademarks are registered at the office for harmonization for the European internal market in the apposite trade mark register. The owner of a community trade mark can enforce his rights across the European Union. For this reason and due to the low registration fees of about €1.000, 00 people prefer the community trade mark to the national trade mark.
